Effective
This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Marketing Group LLC ("REMG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit real-estate-marketing-group.com, request a free AI visibility audit, or use our managed marketing services (together, the "Services").
If you have questions, contact us at brian@real-estate-marketing-group.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Audit requests. When you request a free audit, we collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, city, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and specialty.
- Customer accounts. If you become a customer, we collect your account and contact details, business information, brand and voice preferences, files you upload, content approvals, and messages you send us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details such as your name, email, the last four digits of your card, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications. If you email us or reply to our emails, we keep those messages.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider log information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use IP addresses to prevent abuse, for example to rate-limit audit requests.
- Analytics cookies. Our marketing site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and how people use the site.
- Error monitoring. We use Sentry to detect and fix errors, which may record technical details about the request that caused an error.
- Sign-in cookies. Customer dashboards use cookies to keep you signed in.
Information from public and third-party sources
To produce audits and reports, we gather publicly available information about your business, such as your website content, search rankings, local business listings, reviews, and how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude) respond to questions about agents in your market. We use search data providers and Google APIs (such as Google Places) to do this.
Google account data (customers who connect Google)
Customers can choose to connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics. With your permission, we request read-only access and use it only to show you your search and website performance and include it in your reports. See "Google API Services" below.
Information collected on customer websites
For customers whose websites we build or host, we may collect information from visitors to those websites, such as contact form submissions and website chat conversations, and route those leads to the customer. We process that information on our customer's behalf and according to their instructions. Visitors with questions should contact the business that operates the website.

- We use Google Search Console and Google Analytics data only to provide and improve the reporting features you see in our Services.
- We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
- We do not allow humans to read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Cookies and Your Choices

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as keeping records of audits, transactions, and communications, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
